Loads of information for your physical, mental and emotional health. Tiny monetary investment. What’s not to love about that?

I have some exciting news today. But first some doom-and-gloom, which underlines WHY we need this exciting news.

You’ve likely noticed—and are experiencing—that our physical, emotional and mental health is being challenged like never before, and stress levels are at an all-time high. At the risk of stating the obvious: we’re smack in the middle of the election shakeout; COVID cases and deaths are steeply rising; we’ve got some serious racial inequality issues in the USA and many, many of us are upset about it and are working to figure out how to mend those issues; some of us have lost our businesses or our job; many of us who are still working are working differently (WFM, Zoom meetings, etc.) and are still adjusting; and those of us that are parents are feeling like we’re going to lose our MIND trying to work and homeschool and all of that wildness.

All that, in addition to the regular-old challenges of life and of being a human. Wild World fer sher. Writing it all out like that, it actually sounds like a movie screenplay summary where someone went overboard on the drama. The kind of screenplay that would get rejected because it sounds like something that would never really happen, so it ends up being unrelatable to future movie-goers. Except that it IS happening. In real life. Oh YES, we relate…unfortunately.

Hearing about people’s struggles in my work every day, and feeling their angst at how to take care of themselves and their families, is a big part of why I created The COVID Well-Being Event.
The what?

You may (or may not) recall that in last week’s newsletter, I popped in some info about a COVID Well-Being Event—a virtual health fair—that I’m running in Nov-Dec for corporate clients. You know, in case you wanted IN, you could campaign to your HR Leader and CFO, and get your company registered.

Well, Sunday morning I was up early because of daylight savings, and this amazing idea popped into my head. “Wait a minute! I’m boss of this thing. Why not open this event up to individuals too, for an obscenely do-able investment, so that everyone has access to the same health-building information? I mean, people can’t help it if they don’t work for a health-savvy company!”
(Apparently, I need to get up early more often.)


AND SO. Move over, COVID!

I have designed a well-being event that is a series of three sessions around the most important aspects of staying healthy in body, emotions and mind this winter, followed by a one-hour Q&A event. These sessions will focus on some of the topics that are top-of-mind for all of us right now: health, immunity, stress resilience, mental health and self-care. Talk about empowered well-being!

I invite YOU to join this community for The COVID Well-Being Event.

If you can’t make it on all the event dates, or live in time zones that make attending difficult, not to worry.

  • All virtual sessions will be recorded and available for 45 days post-session.
  • A summary handout is provided to all registrants after each session to provide structure while they view the recorded session.
