A few weeks back, many of you responded (thank you!) to a brief survey I put together to learn more about what support YOU most need on your Health Journey. And afterward I told that you that I learned something important from that survey? (I actually learned lots of things, but this one particularly grabbed my attention.) And that I would start putting some focus on it in my programming?
I learned that Healthy Eating on the Go is more of a top challenge for folks than I had realized. Folks want fast-food with SASS!
I have done lectures on this in the past, and certainly problem-solve it with my 1:1 clients, but I didn?t have a full appreciation for how prevalent this is for folks. AND, I got right on it?
If you?ve been looking at my BodyMindSpirit? Membership, and thinking you?d like to join, THIS (September) is the month to get started! The September topic is?you guessed it? ?Food on the Go.?
