Guacamole Heaven Recipe Is Food Sass To Love

Avocados are Food Sass royalty and this guacamole recipe will knock your socks off. What?s not to love about a recipe that is super-easy, is welcome at gatherings, and is loaded with health-building fats and nutrients?

Good morning! Want to bring some Food Sass? to your next holiday gathering? ?Um, maybe?uh, what the heck is ?food sass?!? Food Sass is food that is a nutritious, delicious contributor to VIBRANT HEALTH. Not fake, crappy food that fools our senses and leaves us holding the bag with less energy, more fat, and ill health. Nope. Food sass is?well?SASSY. It tastes amazing, gets absorbed into your body, blasts your cells with nutrients and phytochemicals, and thumps its chest and sounds a rebel yell in today?s Fake Food Culture: ?How do ya like me NOW?!? Yay for Food Sass?. So, you?re heading to a holiday shindig and need to bring a food contribution. You have no more than 15 minutes cuz you just got home from work, the kids are fighting, the dog needs to go out, you?re tired, and you?re leaving in 45 minutes. You want to bring something that folks will like to eat, and that is sassily working to Create Vibrant Health? for all your friends. Enter Guacamole Heaven with raw veggies for dipping: Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe avocados, peeled and mashed
  • ? cup sour cream
  • ? tomato, chopped
  • 1 tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon
  • ? tsp. celtic sea salt or Himalayan rock salt
  • ? tsp. garlic powder
  • fresh, chopped cilantro to taste (2 tbsp. is a good starting point)

Instructions:

  1. Combine all ingredients, stir well, and serve! Great with cut up vegetables for dipping like carrots, cucumbers, tomatoes, and/or sweet bell peppers. Mmmmm.

Note that guacamole will actually keep in the fridge for several days. The trick is to keep oxygen from it, so lay plastic wrap right on the guacamole and tuck it around so that the wrap is completely in contact with the whole surface area of the guacamole. Enjoy!
