I’m just back from a week’s vacation in Maine and my hostess has a veggie greenhouse and extensive vegetable gardens. This means that I was eating fresh lettuces, kale, snap peas, zucchini and other Food Sass® delights every single day. There’s something extra special about walking a few dozen yards, picking food and then walking back the few dozen yards and eating the food. (Especially when I didn’t have to do the work of making, planting and tending the gardens! Haha.)
Summer food, whether fresh from the garden or newly-procured from your local market, can be fun. Summer Food Sass® is fun and creates health. So today’s a good day to remind you of some of the delish and nutrish recipes that await you on my website. Seven great recipes for seven days of the week. (Plus, seven is my favorite number.)
