I have designed a well-being event that is a 3-part series of sessions around the most important aspects of staying healthy in body, emotions and mind this winter. It is designed as an event that companies can purchase an all-company seat at so that all employees can attend. However…
Some folks were sad that they couldn’t attend this powerful event, just because they happen to work at a company that doesn’t know about the event, or isn’t stepping up to the employee well-being plate. So I thought, “Hey, why the heck couldn’t individuals attend?! I could make it obscenely inexpensive, helping people say YES to their own health education and support. Talk about empowered well-being!
You can’t make it on all the event dates, or live in time zones that make attending difficult? No problem:
- All virtual sessions will be recorded and accessible for 45 days post-session.
- A summary handout is provided to all registrants after each session to provide structure while they view the recorded session.
