A rigorous onboarding process supports us in collaboratively gaining clarity about your challenges, while you jumpstart your health journey with The Body Sass® Cleanse.

ASSESS NEEDS

We develop clarity around your needs, desires and goals, on all levels of your being. This instructs your initial focus areas and general plan, while remaining open to needed shifts.

NAVIGATE BARRIERS

You and I continually address your perceived barriers to health and well-being, while you develop the awareness and skills to navigate them, for life.

We work together in the safe harbor of a no-judgement zone to support you in developing an empowered well-being mindset.

Yes! Eat the foods that serve your body best, and we will work together to uncover what those might be.

Who can do this program? What about special health conditions?

This program is open to all people. Special health conditions welcome.

Do I need to have Facebook to do this program?

No. We use phone/Zoom and email to communicate.

What happens in the 20-minute free Discovery Call?

We determine if the program is a good fit for you; and you get your questions answered. You can register during the call, or take time to consider before registering.

Can I cancel my registration?

Registrations are non-refundable. You can certainly delay your start date, if something unexpected comes up!

How will I receive the program information and support tools?

Your program materials and support—eGuidebooks, eRecipebooks, and daily emails—are delivered digitally.

Can this program accommodate a busy life and/or travel?

Absolutely! For many clients, this is perceived barrier to health that we address together. Part of the training in this program is learning how to get organized around food and how to make health-promoting choices when eating out. With many clients, we engage in “menu training!”

Are all the recipes plant-based?

No. However, because the program accommodates any special dietary needs, vegetarians and vegans happily follow the program tenets, eating the foods of their choice.

Do I need to live near Boston to do this program?

Absolutely not; this is a 100% virtual program.
