Today I have a potpourri of news and BodyMindSpirit empowerment to share with you. A bit o’ Body Sass?, some Mind Savvy?, and a Wild World, Joyful Heart update. Let’s start with Body Sass!
Body Sass? Cleanse Group Program
Each of the next few weeks, I’ll be reminding you that the Autumn 2019 Body Sass? Cleanse Group Program starts on September 14th, and runs through October 4. Especially during summer vacay time, some folks skip reading a newsletter, and then get sad that they didn’t know that this fantabulous program is teeing up.
Registration will open on Tuesday, Sep. 3 and continue through Tuesday, Sep. 10th. More details will be coming your way in the next few weeks. I’m looking forward to guiding another fabulous group of cleansers through this life-changing program (program participant words, not mine!), as they lose weight, gain energy, and develop a new relationship with food.
Yay for the post-summer re-set!
Wild World, Joyful Heart Update
Yesterday was my first (of five) studio recording session for the Wild World, Joyful Heart audiobook! Yup, I’ve completed my narrator training, and am working to create the best listener experience possible, for those of you who are all about being read to. Fun, right?!
Meanwhile, the official book press release went live today. I’m not 100% sure what that means, but my publicity team assures me that it’s important and exciting; and I trust them, so YAY 🙂
Interested to learn a little bit more about the book, in addition to what I shared in my August 5th blog post? You can get a sneak peak at what some other non-fiction book and magazine writers have to say about the book, by checking out the new Book Page on my website.
Seven weeks and counting until the October 8th publish date! Thank you, as always, for all of the lovely words of excitement and encouragement that you’ve been sending my way, and for the requests rolling in for me to do a book event in your area. You guys/gals are da best!
