Can the 28toGreat™ Program accommodate my special dietary needs?

Yes! Eat the foods that serve your body best, while focusing on health-building foods and timing.

Who can do this program? What about special health conditions?

28toGreat™ has an outstanding safety profile, based on science and copious research—as well as a long-standing presence (about 2,000,000 years) as part of human life. 

If you have advanced diabetes or on diabetes medication, you need to be in lock-step with your physician during the program. While IF is one of the most effective programs for healing diabetes type 2, blood sugar levels must be closely monitored while the body heals.

If you are pregnant, breast-feeding, or have a history of eating disorders, this program may not be right for you.

What if I am taking prescription medications?

Continue taking your medications as prescribed; no issue.

Will I be hungry on the program?

There is typically an adjustment period of about 5-8 days where you may feel some hunger. You are provided with tools and allowable beverages to navigate that adjustment period. You will also get acquainted with how the hunger cycle works, and learn to release the fear of being hungry.

Do I need to have Facebook to do this program?

No. There is a private Facebook forum for the 28toGreat™ program, which is a perk but not a necessity. You will still be fully supported and 100% in-the-know without Facebook.

What happens after I register?

You will receive an email confirmation from Gumroad, our on-line secure payment provider. The email provides a link to an agreement form, and you will receive a welcome and onboarding email shortly thereafter.

Can I cancel my registration?

Registrations are non-refundable. You can certainly delay your start date, if something unexpected comes up!

How will I receive the program information and products?

Your program materials and support—eGuidebook, eRecipebook, and daily emails—are delivered digitally.

Can this program accommodate a busy life and/or travel?

Absolutely! 28toGreat™ is a sustainable, real-life eating lifestyle with no “special foods” that need to be brought along. Part of the training in this program is learning how to get organized around food and how to make health-promoting choices when eating out.

Are all the recipes plant-based?

No. However, because the program accommodates any special dietary needs, vegetarians and vegans happily follow the program tenets, eating the foods of their choice.

Do I need to live near Boston to do this program?

Absolutely not. Participants join this program from all parts of the world.
